Is a political question as well as budgetary for the NSW Govt. Previous LNP NSW Govt intentions were perfectly clear ie eradicate SGR in its current structure as the casino license holder for NSW Casino, introduce extensive responsible gambling reforms, and award the Casino license to a responsible party or parties. This would be a very popular policy with the wider electorate who are becoming tiresome of the Casinos misconduct or worse, refer the two Independent Inquiries. Premier Minns early in the Govt's 4-year term could bring in all those reforms and sell then as essential to fund more acceptable works and services. Based on the recent upsurge in large volume selling of SGR, it is possible that someone knows more than the rest of us?
