Nothing you have said is really wrong and I don't think anyone likes the SGR board much (although the current musical chairs may flukily land us with half decent people one day), however I don't think CWN Sydney is taking off quite as much as you think - if SGR is being hurt by people are tightening their belts and no more foreign junkets then that affects Crown too.
Also that doesn't mean that SGR doesn't have value or that there is no potential upside, or that your concerns are new. I am sure that everyone in this group who is not an idiot knows that investing in SGR as it is now is a big risk and not to be done with your retirement savings. We are mindful of the risks.
