According to your calculations I don't think you will be diluted. If you pick up 5K in the SPP and own 100K currently you won't be diluted. The capital raising is only 4.7% of the existing shares on issue. My feeling is someone holding 100K might get 10K or more in shares. I think an estimate of at least 10% of your current holding seems reasonable based on recent capital raisings by COH and AIA.
