I pretty much agree with what you have said overall and with your summary here:

I like that I can get some shares, but at the same time I shouldn't have to hope to get some just to make sure I am not diluted. I hold more than the average holder and am limited to just $30k worth of shares while more go to the Institutions. I would have thought that Solly would have been involved, but maybe he has eyes on MYR.
Add this to BRG recently paid out $25m in dividends.

I guess this is part of the share market and financing business, but I was just hoping for a little bit better from BRG.
