Not sure Europe expansion woudl be expensed as this would be an investment in to the JV so will hurt cash flow but not be an expense item to BCC woudl it?
Looking attrxctive here BUT the market is pricing in a recession now, rates will rise a few more times, inflation is stubbornly high. There is actually a risk of a global economic collapse soon and not sure cerntral banks can keep propping everythign up can they? More a macro view discussion and not sure it is exactly all this dire but certainly buyers are non existent and if you had cash on the sidelines most woudl be waiting to see as their approach so be interesting where we go from here.
