I notice how at open someone puts some buy orders in for an odd number like 8,900, there may be 4-5 of them to fill gaps then just befoer close or at close they dissapear.
What purpose would this be for? I can only think to make the buy side look better than it is through the day if trying to sell shares but seems a bit of a waste of time?
Who would be doing this? Is it Peak? Another larger holder? Who else would really have an interest otherwise in doing this?
I find it odd, wondering what others woudl think?
