    Retaining the recent +25%-ish gains, albeit at very small volume. Pretty happy with the fact that the sell side is not capitulating and holding tight.

    If we get some decent news we'll spring up to trade around the ~.300-.350 levels again.

    Those governmental contracts can get announced soon enough.
