Agree if it occurs, there's a chance PMV will move its stores into suitable MYR premises and reduce PMV's overall lease exposure, thus driving more foot traffic into MYR premises. Or Solly Lew will design another even better solution.
The current lockdowns are a worry as Premiers like Andrews/McGowan do not understand (or care) about businesses small and large, but if we ever get out of this situation, may well be better times ahead for MYR.
There's no reason to sell MYR at present.
