This may reflect MYR's possible lack of a centralised warehouse that's stocked with 'all seasons' items (i.e. not just for Spring, that starts in 10 days' time) but I have a current online order with MYR and a previous one of a month ago.
The gap between the two order numbers is 1.2 million, which equates to at least 14 million orders per annum, though hard to say as 'lockdowns' were not normal two years ago. I'm assuming the last digit is not a 'check number', sometimes used in numerical sequences, so my hypothesis is there's no gaps in the numbers.
A previous order had one item sent from a suburban Adelaide store to my inner Melbourne home. This current order has at least three items being sent from Brisbane's Chermside store down to Melbourne. MYR has a good deal with Australia Post but also may on occasion use Couriers Please that's no owned by Singapore Post.
Wouldn't be hard with 8.2 million in NSW and 6.7m in Victoria under lockdown to imagine that the MYR website is being heavily used today and tomorrow, being the weekend of 21-22 August 2021.
