Myer finished the year in a positive net cash position of approximately $112 million compared to $8 million at
the end of FY20 with significant headroom in all of its debt covenants.
No need for management to meet SL demands. If he want more influence he needs to buy a greater percentage of the company, Its not rocket science. Its how the system works.
