Myer net cash $186Mln. Mkt cap 521.5Mln at todays price of 63.5cents. Enterprise value at 335Mln. Without paying tax, it’s earning is 85mln. So if you use this metric, I can buy the whole of Myer by borrowing from bank and pay my bank debt off in 4 years time. What business of this size that you can payoff in 4 years? Is Myer undervalued? Significantly!!
