Ann: Trading Update for FY22, page-32

In the last couple of years I have visited MYR stores about 20 times (mostly the Melbourne CBD one, but also Sydney NSW and Chadstone Vic) and shopped online in excess of 10 times, sometimes for multiple orders. The only "problem" I've had was during lockdowns in Melbourne when a couple of times the online orders took 10 days to arrive, given Australia Post and other couriers were inundated.

There will always be disgruntled shoppers but my 'random' experience is a pointer to how it would seem the majority of the time MYR an harvest loyal, satisfied patrons.
