$3.7 a share looks excessive but is representing mc of around 500mln which is quite realistic to me...
just compare with OML, 1bln mc, twice more than that and 4x to current mc of ive group, p/e almost 90... igl around 12 currently, so buying more profitable business now for a quarter a price of the peer is absolute bargain...go figure..
projected numbers for igl given their usual pre-covid eps around 22-25c p/e will come to 15-17 for $3.7 a share, fair enough i guess...
