Adamemtem will get an extremely good deal but only if the requisite majorities of shares & shareholders approve it. It requires a >75% of votes and >50% of holders to approve. There is zero control premium and an EV / EBITDA ratio of 6.4 to 6.5 is very low by comparison with other successful schemes of arrangement. Shareholders are definitely being low-balled. Let them increase their offer, I say.
