Debt covenant criteria:
leverage ratio is not greater than 3.5 times.
interest coverage ratio is not less than 2.5 times
shareholder funds must be greater than 750mil.
can bga meet all of them? Equity raising is only to pay back debt in this instance. Shareholder funds is the one more opaque to me. Do they mean shareholder capital as per annual accounts? Or something else??
