Valid points made. 1. You're right, at best they are just standing for a year and kicking rocks. 2. Brokers have expected EBITDA 200 mil+ with the acquisition.
I'm optimistic that the SP will have some respite from the battering the past few weeks. However, I am pretty concerned how the market will view the forward guidance. Tomorrow will be interesting.
