Yes if Webcetral want to sell them to CNW, I feel some bad blood may exist (just because of history etc, and the comment you share shows not talking). As only can happy is WebCentral is onboard.
I agree easiest for them to find an alternate buyer in a block trade. They may already be shopping around.
((FYI not a holder but on my watch list - am tempted.. just as other said the product side does not excote me and want to dig into the details after next results.)
