26 CENTS they could be right, if there's no more organic growth, interest rates keep rising , cash flow stays static and divvies don't go up or perhaps fall. yes they maybe spot on. Personally I tend to be bit cynical of Brokers and their guesses and their agenda's. Obviously some have decided to exit now but let's see what the end year report brings.
