Watch the NetRegistry space in ARQ's SMB division. Their debt level is high compounded with negative growth. Their focus is more on the other higher margin Enterprise division. NetRegistry, a vertical integration, aids in cross and up sell to their SMB division. If situation doesn't improve, they might have to sell NetRegistry too !
Competition wise, I think GoDaddy is something to watch, as they are lately spending a lot in advertising and marketing e.g. recently finished World Cup Cricket and IPL sponsorship, ads on TVs and Online etc.
