Here comes the capital raising... Somewhere between 7.0-10.5% dilutive to existing shareholders on my calculations, based on the stated $10-15m at 65 cents per share. Unfortunate timing given the current state of financial markets.... What a difference a few weeks makes.

Interesting slide pack... particularly page 3. The key for me is when does the business become self sustaining? I struggle to justify committing my money if they are going to have to raise capital again and again along the way...
