It's taken the better part of probably two years, but there's confirmation that the new factory will not require fresh equity capital.
Instead, as expected, it will be funded by selling of the current Brunsdon Street property(ies), which is the first prize for shareholders because it means that the bulk of cash flows from operations will be available to underwrite the dividend.
Not a company that moves fast, but it moves sensibly.
