    I bought and sold this a decade ago and decline of amalgalm sales was a thing back then already, bumped up when the competitor exited but they are in another plateau phase. Once new building is in place and kinks in workflows sorted and if the AUSD ever goes down this will boom again, at least this time debt doesn't seem like it will bankrupt the company but surprised they haven't cut or at least not increased the dividend whilst they are building the new building in case of cost overruns.

    It's not expensive and div yield is pretty good for holding but looks like 2-3 years until there is operational leverage unless they get a better price for the sale and leaseback than expected which given the commercial property market sector might happen
