Have you even read what you wrote? Or are you just throwing out every possible bad scenario any company could face to try and apply it to Wellnex?

Management have been discussed extensively on all of these threads, its the same old drum being beaten constantly.

Whilst what happened 2+ years ago may still be front of mind for a lot of investors, the fact is the tide has in fact turned with this company as has been illustrated by the recent updates.. the numbers speak for themselves.

How would you anticipate them to halve the revenues of Pain Away (from pre acquisition) when the companies currently expanding its sales channels both overseas and domestically?

A 40:1 share consolidation? Give it a rinse, there's what, 1.1B shares on issues, they are FAR from needing any sort of share consolidation at the moment, some of the largest companies on a market cap basis have 4-5x the amount of shares on issue, some 10x. The only reason a share consolidation would be needed is if the company was continually bleeding money each quarter, and whilst there would be a large amount directed towards the companies expansion overseas, you'd see in the recent trading updates (if you bothered to read them) that not only has the company achieved trading profits from sales in recent times, A) Revenue continues to grow on a monthly basis and B) Gross Margins continue to grow along with it....

- They said they'd expand overseas, they have done it - tick
- Partnership with a global giant in Haleon and products released under the Panadol brand name - tick
- Successfully acquired Pain Away which has increased the companies gross margins by a significant amount (up from 18% to 40%+) - tick
- Launch of Medicinal Cannabis products this month (as they said they would) albeit delayed - tick
- Further launch of other products such as Wakey Wakey, Nighty Nighty and other supplements under the Wellnex brand - tick

The last 3 quarterlies have this trending in one direction according to the numbers and that is north
