Yes really surprised at the drop - trading results were pretty solid I thought and looks like the acquisition of MacPac is going well. I'm not close enough to the company to comment though on the CEO leaving.
SUL does have a history of dropping on announcements though with a similar drop last year off the top of my head. Assume this one, being a retail stock, is on short-sellers radars and they smell blood on any hint of negative news.
