Ann: Trading update on April sales performance, page-4

It would be great to understand from Alex the margin on Blue Dinosaur and the OMG product range.
Obviously the Costco order is very interesting. But having dealt with large retail FFF wouldve had to align with Costcos model which may impact margin ? Anyone roughly know what that is I cant quite figure it out.

With the OMG product range obviously its stocked in Woolies and Metro stores but again Im trying to figure out what margin it would be operating under with such big retailers. Obviously there is huge benefits in streamlining warehousing, logistings which should help the groups margin overall.

I was reading that the growth rate of the oatmilk market is at a CAGR of 8.6% and currently sits at $3.53B. Australia currently its only $196M in size. Must say the product that OMG has tastes really good.

My 2 cents onthe company it should try and leverage e-commerce a lot harder. Going after traditional retail is fine but you get squeezed on margin. Online you can get so much more margin and maybe have a monthly subscription model so you can manage logistics efficiently. The brand is very strong and its great they have cricketers involved. Id say to he management spend a bit more on digital marketing do a monthly pack and maybe play around with flavors a bit more. This could be a massaive company.

Massive sales growth — April sales up 218% YoY, ecommerce sales up 300% YoYwith Blue Dinosaur leading the charge. Not a bad punt but its down to execution here.
