Death rate trending higher this year. Lockdown and general covid fear telling everyone to stay home means people aren't attending doctors and screenings. This should translate to a higher death rate lagging lockdowns. Initially lockdown reduced death rate due to less people catching the flu but excess deaths this year have been positive every month:
