Get prepared for the AQZ capital raising to acquire Virgins Western Australia’s FIFO F100 fleet and business. A great opportunity for the successfully AQZ management team to materially expand the business at a reasonable cost.
The other interesting question is whether QAN might look to sell its (slightly less than 20%) AQZ shareholding to shore up its own cash/debt position. While a nice to have strategic asset, it’s hardly a must have asset in the very challenging times for commercial aviation.
