I don't see break even in 2020. I possibly see very close break even in some quarter. I think break even will only come when RentPay is leveraged to it's full capacity. But even before then, i see a greater possibility of being bought out. The Products we are building would make this a great product to take to NZ and possibly other like jurisdictions. Perhaps HongKong.

The real growth is RentPay and getting landlords to use Rent execlusively without an agent inbetween. If i was a landlord, i'd want the control and security of Rent without the agent fees. It could disrupt the agent model.
