Simons a good leader and i'm sure we will be surprised as the selling team gets into its element how well they should do seeking out top dollar government users.

talking about fye 2015 US turnover...the key will be updated US guidance ie POST 30 JUne. Not sure how many growth businesses don't have to invest ahead of the sales curve......management have been very clear they are in growth mode......who knows though perhaps nearmap operate in US utopia where magically every sales person instantly generate $1m in sales
