Given their forecasting has been on the conservative side of late, plenty of room for upgrades. Irrespectively, on a single digit PE multiple moving forward. Then again, it’s hard to see what the market and asset allocators are thinking piling money into ‘safe’ investments, when there are companies growing earnings with good debt trading under their liquidating assets. Really a matter of maintaining patience here, if and when the general economy starts improving, this should hopefully rerate!
