It short will have provided a few problems e.g. difficulty of getting the ripe fruit off and distributed in a timely manner. On the other hand there seems to be a big jump in the price and value for agricultural land for which soaked ground will help. Personally I see food shortages and China re- opening as significant drivers.
Tangentially Nufarm's report today seemed good in terms of outlook. Perpetual's have gone up form around 5% holding in the co. to 10 % too. Maybe on the basis of your call?

Note too there is a sig drive to small co's seen as relatively undervalued.
