the second half of $12 million pre-tax." - 2 new projects in the pipeline? plus negotiation on a 5 year extension at Blackwater coupled with the already announced 5 year contract extension at Meandu which predominantly operates the client equipment hence very little Downer capital involved - this flags up as a massive buy for me - easy 20% gain short term
