John24, understand your comment, I guess the double digit growth indication was impacted by the couple of unforeseen matters referenced as heppening late in the half ( Dec/Jan). The Northern region is still expected to give double digit growth but with Southern region underperforming we may end up in totality with flat earnings for the year or maybe single digit growth. Whatever, a ff 3.5c or 4c dividend over the 2020 FY would still be a good outcome if focusing on yields. But I do take your point and those of PortfolioPlus
