So they had two significant events last year, a ten day forced leave costing 0.6M and project delay with staff twiddling their thumbs costing 0.55M. Why wait till now to tell the market? Did they magically think they could make it up before reporting time? How? They would appear to be day rates for the revenue so did they think there might be more days in the year than expected?
