Management told us about the 10 day leave thing in the AGM Pres but not the other 2 things. I guess they waited so that they could put the $20 million new business into the guidance announcement.

So much for the "transformative" The Works acquisition! Seems to me like more of the same!

The only reason I don't sell is that the SP is just to cheap; forecast P.E. of 8 and a dividend yield around 10%.
