Underwriters dont lose often. If INT burn them, they will never underwrite again and other brokers will also steer clear.
I agree with mljet that the underwriter has many shares to offload, and will will probaby be happy with 0.5c. That way they minimise risk of holding and skim off the underwriting fees as profit.
But the most likely scenario is the company makes an effort to get the sp to a profitable level for Bell. Probably why we had the unexpected 'company update' that was positive.
Maybe they only had that one card up their sleeves, but possibly they have another crack to get this back to 0.5c and allow underwriters to exit in an orderly fashion.
It will be an interesting 3-6months.
I've accumulated a few, but not so many to keep me awake at night. Just some for a calculated risk that the upside could be nice. At 0.4c its concievable that you could make 50% in 3-6months. Ofcourse, if the numbers are 'fudged' it will come out and sp will drop further. But a worthwhile risk IMO.
