I think it started with insider buying, then technicality follows (..very strong technically now). The new CEO put his money in RUL. I'm guessing he want his money back plus big interest and good name as somebody who turn around the company.. He had experience of selling Mincom for high price (in spite of making loss as a company).

I don't have any qualm about it (the increase of the sp)..but still not sure about the fundamental (i.e. if they really going to be able to turn the company around)or is it just a play on the market price.. (small volume transaction with small shareholder base.. it can be relatively easy to influence the price)
