10c is way oversold !
Market cap now is about $26mil.
Cash = $50.8mil
Debts = $109mil
Net debts = $58.2
The total enterprise value = 58.2 + 26 = $84.3mil .. back to the 2004's value..
It cannot get better than this bargaining price. Some general engineering firm will take over it soon....
