fellini , Vietnam is not up to the rest of Asia at this point in time. There a long way behind everybody else.
You would have to consider Charging Point for the Electric Scooters for one.
But I agree Vietnam could do with Electric Scooter.
Maybe I will look into it , when I am there next time. :)
