I don't really see anything that will protect this business from competition, on balance, and the dangerous thing is that loyalties of referring doctors can shift as well, so the acquisition costs can remain high while pricing power is lost, and the lack of margins that are the same as previous could create squabbles.

Anyway - I might be totally wrong - we'll see what happens.
