Letter to DSH investor relations

Dear Sir or Madam

I am shareholder in Dick Smith and have been very disappointed with the recent share (operating) performance of the company. Following Nick's comments on aggressive marketing, I did a price comparison between DSH and JBH on a couple of products (online). Whilst DSH product prices are slightly lower (on the products that I compared) the information/specifications provided let a lot to be desired.

DSH product specification of IPOD (refer attached) starts with a series of what is "not there" in the product. Further, it does not distinguish between what is important/relevant to customers. I have also attached diclosure of specifications on the same product by JBHI. The difference in presentation is obvious.

Hopefully, you make the necessary chnages to make DSH more customer friendly and good luck for future.
