FW and blackrock will be the interested party.Blackrock will forgive 62 million of debt for 124 million shares at a price of 50c along with FW and blackrocks current holdings this will give them a 50% stake causing a change of control transaction.

Blackrock are a longterm investing house once Price recovers to $1.50 in the future Blackrock will gain 125 million profit from an original 62 million debt for equity swap.

FW will already have a Chinese buyer in the wing if he can gain control.

I wouldn't be surprised if this 33 million put holder has a strong connection to FW he comes from a wealthy timber family.
