    One of the announcements mentioned a potential "change of control" as well as debt and equity transactions... but why would anyone bother with the debt and financials. As many posts have mentioned previously, if anyone wants it they can wait for the fire sale when it goes bellyup... Great chance for KKR to expand on their Sandalwood for next to nothing...
    And the fact that it's now a non-dividend stock really gives no incentive for institutions to buy in...
