Yes as I have stated dozens of times I hold long A2 shares in my super have done for awhile
I do not short shares using my super I use a full service broker who have a minimum trade limit in the 5 figures
I am tempted to open shorts for a trade tomorrow as it's overshot the mark and will likely pull

The caveat is they don't lose the court case and that is a very real outcome the other caveat would be yet another flip flop by Chinese regulators
