I wouldn't buy this company, the management are idiots. Given the revenue and earnings are only preliminary in nature, expect further pain when the real results are released, as confirmed results will not align with those reported today. How does the CEO still have his job?
I like how their first 'initiative' has to do with ' aggressively protecting copyright in ANZ and any misuse of Isentia content by competitors' - backwards facing, negative and a complete lack of innovation displayed, which is characteristic of the company as a whole. As their business model is so reliant on old style media, I expect that they will ceased to exist in the near term, just like the hard copy newspapers are destined to.
