    Has the CEO Craig Dower bought the stock ? or hold big chunk of XIP shares?. only Andrew and Kathryn on the board bought very tiny parcel around the end of last month before the SP tanked.. maybe to show 'confidence' to the shareholders before the ann yesterday. there will be a second downgrade I believe it's never just once. If the CEO doesn't buy SUBSTANTIAL parcel of the shares on the market at this price..maybe he knows whats up next.. I am hoping I am wrong.. sigh
