Agreed. As Copoulos has said re Myer, can excuse 1 year etc, but when multi year underperformance there is something inherently wrong with the leadership. Either they don't know what they are doing or they do know but don't know how to execute.

Criticism is also levied at fund managers invested who have made no public efforts to oust them. Happy to passively sit and watch hard earned members' super savings evaporate.

Terrible governance, not fit for public markets.

Hear your comments on disclosure practices; This is ripe to be tested for litigation. Inappropriate for public shareholders to be stiffed here.
