Just the Queensland economy and perhaps WA. I think Australian data shows Sydney and Melbourne to be doing OK if not rising. Sydney and Melbourne need more infrastructure spending and to some degree, I think they will get it and that will be good for GEM.
Immigration into Australia (90% into Sydney and Melbourne) is at all time record levels. Immigrants have more children than Australian born parents so the need for childcare will increase in Sydney and Melbourne IMHO but pls DYOR.
Unsurprised by the ANN, surprised by the market reaction. Queensland should do a Catalonia and Canberra should do a Madrid IMHO. It would be good 4 GEM. IMHO.
