I have just looked at the chart. My goodness the definition of share PLUNGE is being redefined.
Now that Franchisees have been exposed as being clobbered by the Franchisers, word has got out that the Shopping Centre owners are the REAL CULPRITS, and their shares are NEXT.
If you need a warning that Shopping Centre Shares are next, just ask "WHY did the Lowys SELL their share in SHOPPING CENTRES.
Answer, so they could hang on to their big boats and their Bankstown Aeroplanes.
In the United States where I visited retail all over the country it is plain HORROR to see entire Shopping Malls VACANT.
