    SGH problems didn't arise until they stopped
    all the acquisitions as there was never year to year comprisons.
    Same thing happening with RFG.
    Throw in all the DRP underwriting to prop up the yield
    and the borrowings
    and suddenly it's a sheet sandwich. Or Donut.
